wired controllers wont work

plug in all ports and none will work. wireless controller works fine

Are you talking about plugging a wired controller into an Xbox or a PC? If it is into a Xbox and it doesn't work, here is a link that shows how to connect a controller into a PC so that you can test whether it is the wired controller or the Xbox that is faulty.
