My Phone is not Starting?

Hi I have Rhythm RX60 and I switched off this phone for about 2 or 3 months but when tried to switch it on it is not Starting??

Hi,

Have you tried connecting the charger to charge the battery? If it does start to charge, allow it to fully charge before attempting to turn it on.

Hi,

To prove that it is not a faulty charger, connect your phone via a USB cable to a turned on PC and see it if responds. If it does, you have a faulty charger. Allow the phone to fully charge before you turn it on. Be patient, charging via USB takes longer than with a charger. If it doesn't respond you may have a flat battery. Try leaving connected to the charger for at least 1.5 hours and then see if there is any response. Sometimes Li-On batteries need a while to "wake up" before they start charging if they are very flat. If it doesn't respond it is faulty and has to be replaced. Unfortunately the battery is not easy to replace as you have to disassemble the phone to remove it. Take it to a professional phone repair service to get it fixed.
