my screen is frozen and it wont power off. how do i remove the battery.

Hi, Have you tried holding the power button down until the phone shuts down? Alternatively hold power and vol down - on other huaweis this button combo takes a screenshot, then if keep holding the buttons it shuts down. If yours does the same it may reboot into the recovery screen so be aware of what you do next. If you get there select power off or reboot now. navigate by vol buttons select by power key.
