my battery died, while trying to charge it im only seeing the battery icon on the screen when i turn it off im just seeing a white screen .

I try that but it don't work , I also try a recovery and it still not working

Remove battery wait 1 min then put battery back in this should fix your problem

The battery is factory built in...how can I do this
I try to turn it on but it just show the white screen but when I charge it the battery icon comes on with the lighting but when I turn it on again it doesn't turn on it just froze
