Upon booting screen glitched and never turned on again. Fixable?

Hello, everyone! Thanks for your time.

After having charged my Galaxy Note 2 during I rebooted it to be greeted by a white/reddish glitched pattern all over the screen. Almost like static but still. The only thing that would stop it was taking out the battery. After I did and tried to start it up again - nothing.

LED doesn't work while I'm charging it so I wouldn't believe it to be only the screen glitching, either. If it was only the screen I'd still be able to turn it on and feel the vibration and hear the noise assuming the battery's receiver isn't broken as I tried two functioning batteries (Letting them charge beforehand, too).

Anyways, quite a pickle.

Thanks! =)

Hi,

Try to "master reset " your phone. (Also known as a "hard" reset)

Before you do ensure (as best you can) that the battery is charged) and that the phone is off.

Warning: A master reset will erase all downloaded apps and user data. It will restore the phone to factory default condition.

To perform a master reset:

Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:

Volume Up key

Home key

Power key.

When 'GALAXY Note II' appears on the screen, release the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.

When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.

Press the Volume down key to highlight 'wipe data / factory reset.'

Press Power button to select.

Press the Volume down key to highlight 'delete all user data.'

Press Power button to select and start the master reset. When the master reset is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.

Press the Power key to turn the restart the device.
