When turned on it makes the sound that it usually does when turned on BUT when connected by bluetooth to phone and music is played only the bass speakers work and the tweeters don't. When connected through aux wire to phone and music is played on phone no sound comes through the speaker. Please help me.

Are you aware of the product recall of the Beats Pill XL? If not go ahead with the recall procedure, it is not worthwhile attempting to fix your speaker as it may pose a safety hazard in the future
