Fan running double speed and slow down my mac after wine split.

Unfortunately there were some wine split on my backbook over the keyboard. I clean it immediately for out and inner side by opening backcover. Now the fan is running at double the speed and make lot of noise and my mac get slow down. But I unplug the fan wire its run as normal as it was earlier.

Can anybody please suggest me should I continue to use mac without fan?

Or anybody experience this kind of issue?

Or does anybody know where heat sensor are located in Macbook Pro Retina Display late 2012.

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Your fans just using twice the power to cool down your Mac down. You have to upen it up to check if something got blown with the liquid damage.
