Why is my screen half blue?
When turning on the console, it's showing a half blue screen on the top with what looks like vertical bars on one side and the bottom half of the screen shows the game images but they are in black and blue. I have cleaned the game and where the game goes.

We have also purchased a new cable with the 3 color prongs and it still does the same thing.
