Some times the device will not be connected with the satellites if you are inside of a building that is made of brick, rock, or some other solid, dense material. The first thing that you should do is check the setting of the device and make sure that the satellite connection if turned on. If it is, go outside and see if that fixes the problem. If it does, great!!! If not call
