How to get repair my mobile it fall in water?

where i will get repair my mobile Huawei Honor Holly , and How its repair , it fall down in water , mobile is not getting on , please suggest me better solution . in service center they are asking 3500 for reparing it , Any spare parts available in market ?

Thanks and grateful for your answer , Hear mobile after sinking in the water its got the board complaint is their any hard ware parts available in market can u suggest me the better solution. thanks in advance.
