repairing a burned chip in logic board.

Last time i was trying to turn it on it started to smell like something was burning inside. I've disassembled it and found the component (in the picture) looking like burned. Is it possible to replace this? that's the second square black component below the bluetooth board.

jeanlemure this is just to identify the component. That is U5700 which is a ISL6549 PWM and power controller. It is part of your computers 3.3V and 2.5V S5 regulator circuit. Now you have to try and find out what made it overheat,
