Cant open any applications even after hard rest

Phone was working pretty well since the last three years. Last night suddenly, all of my applications stopped working. Even after hard reset and again downloading all of the same applications they won't work. What could be the matter ??

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi,

Did you update any apps or the phone just before it stopped? If so can you remember which app? If so uninstall it and see how it now goes. If you didn't do anything like that, when you hard reset, did the preloaded apps (the ones that came with the phone) work? The phone must be working of a fashion, you said that you downloaded all of the same apps again. Maybe one app has again altered something on installation and that has affected the rest. Just an idea. Maybe you could try to hard reset again. Check that the phone works and that the apps already installed work. Then start downloading your apps one at a time and trying them. When you are satisfied do the next one etc. Long process but maybe the only way to find out.

1.I didn't update any app or my phone.

2.The preloaded aren't working either. I did a hard reset and downloaded a completely new app. But that new app is also not working.

3.I uninstalled all the same apps again and did a hard reset again. And downloaded a new app. But... same problem.

4. WhatsApp, OneDrive, Music Player,Video, etc. aren't working (after two hard resets)
