Upgrade FaceTime camera to iPad 4, rear camera to iPad Air 2

I'm replacing a broken screen on a iPad 3, WiFi, I just bought, at a good price, and am wondering what type of upgrading I can do to the front and back cameras, the home button to get touch ID functionality, and maybe add cellular.

Is the pin set the same for the iPad 4 front camera as the iPad 3? If I put one in, week it take better front pictures? What about going higher, like iPad Air 2 front and rear camera?

Is the pin configuration the same for the rear camera?

How do I go about adding touch ID with the home button from the iPad Air 2?

I read in a teardown that replacing the home button week only restore home button functions. Does anyone know how rut get the touch id to work with a replaced button?

What are the possibilities of adding a better cpu like an A8X chip, or anything higher than the A5X?

Thanks for your help, and I figured I would ask in case any of this is possible, I could replace everything all at once.

It is not possible to upgrade Apple iOS devices hardware whatsoever, all components are custom jobs, impossible to fit, also it is not possible to modify the device drivers.

As everything is soldered to the logic board changing the processor is not an easy task and would probably require just replacing the logic board which in turn wold require changing everything else so you'd be further ahead just replacing the ipad completely

Thanks. Do you know about the cameras or the home button with touch ID?

Sorry no go here as well. The cameras are very different not interchangeable.

From pictures, the iPad 3 and iPad 4 front camera both have an 18 pin connector, and looks like the same shape.

It looks like you're right about the back cameras though. They look completely different, so the cables might not reach where it needs to, but the pins look the same.
