Hi,
You need to check that you have the correct number set up in the SMS Service Centre area of your phone.
Here is a link to show you where to check for the number. You will have to look on your mobile phone carrier's website or call them to find out the number you need to put in for the SMS Service Centre, as every phone company's number is different.
