Dell Venue phone boot loop and flashing softbutton

Hi, i have bought one year ago (after a lot of searching) a Dell Venue phone (android) and after one year it died, the problem is a bootloop (only dell logo) and flashing softbutton and the worst is that i can' t enter in recovery or fastboot, i have done a lot of test, without battery and connected on pc, after many hours without battery and other but noting....someone can helpe me please? i want repair this device.

Have you tried a hard reset. Hold the power and volume up and down all at the same time

Hi, thanks for the reply but the problem is that i' can't enter in the menu for to do the hard reset, the phone conitinue in a bootloop and all the botton combination (fastboot, menu recovery-hard reset) not work...

The power button work good...all times i press it the device start and i have done many many times, i think the problem is the boot partition that is corrupted and the device can't load the necessary file for the first boot...and no able to reach the menu (hard reset/recovery).

In this last 6 month, sometime when i have turn on the device, the softbutton have flashed and the device reboot itself like as it has encountred some error....

The problem is how to reflash this partition? where i found a service center that can repair it?
