The flat pin within the USB port is bent downwards and doesn't accept the cable connector. I guess I have to replace it. Does anybody know where to find a repair manual or disasembly instructions? I have searched YouTube and googled for help. So far without luck

Hi,
Here is a link which shows how to access the battery in a Samsung Galaxy tab pro 8.4. From what I can see in the video you should be able to access the USB port to replace it. At 2:52 minutes into the video you can just see the connector of the USB port flex cable plugged into the board just below the green connector with the blue and red wires (under the man's fingers).

I am vaiting for a replacement port from Hong Kong. I have opened the case which was pretty easy following the procedure in the video suggested to me. There seem to be easy access to the port as you don't have to move off a lot of stuff, making it easy to be removed and replaced
