iPhone says iPhone is disabled :)

so i turned on my iphone 5c and it say iphone is disabled connect to itunes so i hooked it up to itunes and it is saying that my phone is not updated but where it says update it won't let me click it so it won't let me restore it either til it has been updated

Hi there,

Try downloading iOS firmware manually off google. Then in iTunes when you press the update/restore button. Hold the shift/options key on your keyboard and choose the firmware you downloaded manually.

If you type in iPhone firmware download. There are a may websites there that can help you. alot of them have drop down menus. You will need to choose what version you want IOS 9 for example. Then the model of iPhone you have.
