Why won't my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H200 camera power on?

While clicking snaps, suddenly the camera stopped responding. Its lens was also stuck halfway. When trying to switch on / off, it blinks only. Somehow managed to push back the lens manually, but since then the camera is not being switched on. Red LED also blinks along with on/off switch.

Please provide any suggestion to fix the problem.
