The Surface 3 RAM is integrated with the motherboard?

If I wanted to change the RAM memory of my Surface 3 , would work ? If switching to 4GB

Sorry the RAM is soldered just like the other versions of the Surface. There are two versions one with 4GB the other 8GB at the time of purchase. There is no means to upgrade after the fact.

Yes, I can confirm that the ram is not replaceable. I believe the versions available have either 2GB or 4GB of RAM surface-mounted on the motherboard.

I also want to add that in general you should not attempt to access the internals of your Surface 3. Doing so usually results in a broken screen, as can be seen in the Surface Pro 3 tear-down and the soon to be released guides for the Surface 3.
