charging port does not work
The pin inside the charging port seem to be broken.

Well, not really. I was hoping for some advice on how to get access to the plug. I didn't find any repair videos on YouTube and no repair manuals
Ok, that's a better question. If your problem is the port as you say, you have to swap charging flex cable which is pretty simple compared to Samsung normal approach of soldering port to the motherboard.

When removing old port from the device be carefull not to damage pinheads in the process. Hope this was more helpfull and gives you enough information to proceed with the repair. Good luck.
