My xbox one will not turn on.

Xbox one will not turn on, no lights nothing. The power cord light comes on but not the console. Never has been touched by anyone but me. Never has been moved. Used only occasionally and by an adult.

Is the power light orange or white when you press the button. Have you tried turning it on with the controller?
