Can I reset my camera totally...I have lost all software

I have a kodak c813...had it for years...didn't like it..was too late to take it back..almost threw it away several times...got it out about a month ago...started using it...I thought I was better versed to use it...I got this message...internal memory full...so I thought down load to computer and go from there...now it won't take pictures...won't run with the computer...I'm not as sassy as I thought I was...help...

honeybee62, you possible deleted some of the required software for the camera to function properly. See if you can follow the instructions from here to restore the firmware
