Surface Pro 2 shutdown randomly

My surface Pro 2 shutdowns randomly without reasons, I've found a pattern: every 30 minutes with 0 seconds! exactly 30 minutes. Tried resetting, installing recovery image. I've had an issue installing recovery image: when I choose "fully clean the drive" after 30 minutes 0 seconds (33% installing) surface shutdowns by itself. I can only install the recovery image choosing the "just remove my files" option because takes less than 30 minutes. It's not a driver issue, not an OS issue, not heat issue, as crazy as it sound, it's a time issue (¿planned obsolescence?)

I CAN'T FULLY CLEAN THE DRIVE the Surface turns off by itself before finnish. I've contacted 4 times to Microsoft support and last time they were unable to get me another solution.

if your are really sure about the timing then i suggest you crack it open and disassemble the battery connector and do it with direct charger plugged in... and observe again

I've tried any mehod, I dissasembled and disconected the battery, tried to reset bios with this, reinstalled factory recovery without connecting battery, tested all without battery and shutdowns are stilll here. I don't want to assemble before try... i don't know what to try

try subjecting your device to a cooling device e.i.. direct a fan to the device as u power it on and observe the shutdown timing....
