Dropped tablet display looks broken but exterior glass is okay.

Something internal must have gotten broken/is malfunctioning but the exterior looks perfect. It boots up (gives audio notification that it is booted) but the screen is just lines in one corner with a "broken" look to it.

Sounds like either the LCD is loose or Cracked.
