It keeps trying to repair itself
It wont do anything besides go to a screen that tries to repair itself I have tried to restore to factory default but it doesn't do anything
Is this a good question?
Try a hard reboot . This is done by holding the power button down till it shuts off. If it starts and goes to the same page we need to clear the memory this can be done by shutting the computer off and removing the ram for a few moments then reinstalling the ram . if your uncomfortable removing the ram you can remove the battery and the power cord so there's no power to the laptop then hold the power button down for 60 seconds . This will drain the backup memory store power and dump the memory. Restart your computer go to command prompts and right click and run as admin when it opens it should read C:\Windows\system32\> From here you need to type in sfc /scannow it should look like this when your done.
Then press enter. This will cause your computer to check for corrupted files and repair them if it can . If it cant you will need a widows disk to run a repair from there
