Screen wont work. Turns on fine but touch screen wigges out.

So my tablet turns on fine but whenever i try to use the touch screen it doesn't recognize i'm touching it and the unlock symbol kindove shakes if it does recognize i am touching it. What is wrong with my Tablet and how can i fix it?
