Hello everybody
I have an iphone 6 gold 64gb that does not power on i tried the home and power button method tried another charger another cable
Itunes does not recognize it
I opened to see if something wrong and i noticed a rusty screw that hold the flash cover
When i put plug the battery and press the start button the mother board gets very hot
do you have any idea of what it may be

sounds like water damage, take the board out an try cleaning it...

Hi thank
I cleaned the motherboard today with 96% alcohol and an ultrasonic cleaner but it still does not turn on but it stopped getting hot
I also noticed kind of a damage on the power flex button cable when i removed the battery
It's like the black plastic or rubber is coming off
Can that stop it from turning on?
