Bios bricked and ram errors

Hi.

I have a brand new Asus N550jv. Since the first start I had blue screens and programs failures. Than when I change my bios to optimal setting it bricked and can't start windows. Technical service said that was my fault because I don't have to change it.

Now it's bricked again while I was doing the memory ram test, which gave some errors by the way. And now I can't find the clear CMOS jumper to unbrick it.

Please. Some advise.

I would replace the ram first as a test, if it does not fix it, then try to unplug the hard drive and turn it on, if it goes through until it asks you for a windows drive then it is the hard drive

last option is to replace the mother board, it is easy do it yourself do not spend money
