Debra could be a bad T-con board or a bad panel. Open the back of your TV set and take a look at the boards. Check for anything obvious, like charred or missing components as well as leaky capacitors. Unplug your set when you do that and try not to use your fingers to poke around in your set. Post some images of your boards with your question so we can see what you see.
