iPod seems to be froze

I turned on the Ipod and plugged it into my computer to charge and it says do not disconnect. My computer wouldnt acknowledge the devis so I unplugged it and now it is froze in that mode.

Press the MENU button and the central button during 5-6 seconds: your iPod will reboot.
