I have a iPad to that I replaced the digitizer on because it had two dead spots on it, but after I got the new digitizer it is still doing the same thing. What would be the cause of that?

Did you damage the connector on the logic board? Its probably a board level repair if more than one digitizer is giving you that problem.

Both are doing it in the same spot so was thinking that could be possible. Is that something that can be replaced?
