Difference between i9505 rev 19 and i9505 rev 25 USB boards

I am wondering on above difference and using that board for l720t model. I found with rev 25 one mainboard was ok and other l720t mainboard was switching off the phone. Does it make difference if so what other mainboard specs I should watch on? How to recognise which one would match?

Both are spring mainboards.
