if your contacts are being saved on the google/gmail account, then you can login to gmail and chose contacts.. all of your contacts should be there.. but i your contacts are saved on the phone storage and you have debugging enable then you can use adb command
"adb pull /data/data/com.android.providers.contacts/databases/contacts2.db"
