Power problems turning on

I turn it on and the blu start up display shows, goes off, and repeats. New phone, no water damge or damage at all for that matter....plz help!

Hi,

Here is a link which shows you how to hard reset your phone.

Before you do this fully charge the battery in your phone.

Warning : A hard reset restores your phone to factory default. All user downloaded apps and user data will be erased.

If this doesn't solve the problem, check your warranty details and if still valid contact the manufacturer.
