O.S 10.11 Will Composite Video Switcher VGA2TV 1L7 work

I have decided to go for this product my only worry is will it work with 10.11 and what about the future updates. Please clarify.

Buying new products is an expensive option and to dispose the e-waste is also a problem which the makers seldom understand, nor appreciate we have a responsibility to keep mother earth free from e-waste.

Thank you

Not sure I follow you here.

Most TV's today offer HDMI or have VGA input ports to connect a DVD, DVDR or computer as the source. Composite Video is an old standard.

In this case you'll be converting the MiniDisplay port output of your MacBook to VGA to then plug in to this adapter which then connects to your TV. While it could be done that way are you sure this is what you need? I should also point out the image quality will be less on an older analog TV.
