Why cant I connect to my play store using wifi

Im trying to use my play store but it says im not connected to the wifi but i am. It lets me search the web but nothing else

Hi,

Check the following setting is enabled:

Go to Settings > Application Manager > All > then look for Download Manager (will be at the the bottom of the list when it's disabled) and enable it
