Roaming on UK SIM IN THE UK

I have a phone that was purchased in the Caribbean and is unlocked. I used it in the Uk earlier this year with a UK sim and it worked fine. Now i'm back in the UK and the sim is saying Roaming. I purchased another UK sim and it's also saying Roaming.

what do i do?
