how to check my laptop 2.5" ide hard disk work or not...?...without install in laptop..?

Buy or borrow an IDE to USB adapter. An IDE + SATA to USB adapter is a part of my regular 'tool kit' for exactly this reason.

An enclosure will also work, but it's not as convenient.

The R5x series takes a small, limited number of drives (usually ONLY those manufactured specifically for this model). Do a Google search for a list of drive numbers.

You can buy a $10 adapter (on eBay) which will connect the 2.5" HD to a USB port on ANY computer; this will allow you to either format it or add/remove files from it.
