Ear piece issues for Sony z
In conversation, I can not hear caller but the caller can hear me. It occurs in 50% of calls, sometimes it helps to switch between speaker or a headset.

Go in to setings. Sound. Turn up all volumes. On the side of the device there is also volume up.

The concern is not the volume, the concern is that sometimes when i call anyone, i cant hear the other person speak at all but they can hear me. This happens in almost every alternate call.
Please help!
