Home button stick under lcd

Hello,

I changed lcd to my client for iphone 6, 1 month later, he come back telling me the home button is sticked to the lcd.

But i remember his home button had the rubber for home button.

I really don't know what to do, today he will bring me back his phone but i really dont know what to do to fix them, normaly, it because is there no rubber....

But he have...

Any suggestion?

There is still a rubber seal around the home button. Sounds like its probably just gummed up or more likely, you just need to release the tension on the 2 home button bracket screws.

Take the home button out, clean it up real good, then replace and adjust those screws to where the button moves freely. Should take 10 minutes tops.
