How to get isopropyl alcohol out of display

I recently took my nexus 5 phone in the sea by accident. Since then I soaked the device in fresh water, then disassembled, and soaked and brushed all the parts with isopropyl alcohol. The good news is it works again! However I still have some dark patches on the display. I think this is still fluid between the screen and the glass window.

I'm not sure if its water or alcohol, but I believe it is alcohol, because I completely dried the phone for a week before using the isopropyl. If it's alcohol in the window, should I use rice to dry it out, or just leave it exposed to air? Or perhaps use an oven on a low temperature? Its been 3 days now, and the fluid has reduced, but it is still a big problem.

Thanks for your help!

James Barber don't even think about rice. It is not working, never will and never has. Isopropyl in the higher concentration (90%+) should already have been evaporated. The residue may be from the initial salt water exposure. You can try and see if a low temperature decrease the size of this. Otherwise you might be stuck with that. Not a bad result after having been water damaged.
