Why is there no froth coming out when I make my cappuccino?

After making the content of my drink, the frother does not release any froth onto my drink even though I set it to do so.

If no milk froth is formed when making a cappuccino, then you must either keep the milk colder before pouring it in, or clean the frother itself. The ideal temperature of the milk is at refrigerator temperature, try to pour the milk immediately after taking the container out of the refrigerator. To clean the frother, refer to figure 21 in the user’s manual.

Hi my unit seems to b working ok But in past year now after the coffee is made with good crem i have a lot of standing water on top of the strain vessel

it never had this B4  ???
