iPhone 4 turns to speaker by itself when make calling

This is iphone 4 , had a broken screen before and just put a new one on.

The signal is ok, I can receive message, go internet.

But when I make a call, it turns to speaker by itself.

And there is no sound: I cant hear people, people cant hear me as well. Both sides have no voice.

headphone no sounds, speaker no sounds, earpiece no sounds.

I tested skype and tryed to make a call by it,

and it works.

That's actually a good question. I wouldn't have thought of that

If the screen does not go black and stays on, you could most probably just be touching the speaker button with your check accidentally
