There are strange loud and repetitive noises that are coming from the inside of my Toshiba device. I suspect that the noise is coming from the hard disk.

This is a hardware issue, but do not fear! It is simply time for you to consider replacing your hard disk. This is a quick fix, and will prolong the lifespan of your Toshiba device. It may also be time to consider upgrading to a solid state device to avoid further issues associated with hard disks.
