It depends if its software or hardware related. You did not provide enough information about your problem. Does the touch function not respond at all once you power on the phone or does it just stop responding in certain apps or what exactly is happening? Has the phone been dropped or had any water damage? A little more info will help get more useful answers.

It doesn't respond all the time once power on the phone.

Yeah, but. Did this happen because you dropped the phone? Did this happen because you changed the screen?
