Your question is too vague. Could you please give us the last four digits of your serial number and a more precise description of what is happening? Is it a particular part of the screen or the whole screen? How blurry is it?
khaleef, if a hard reset and/or a restore will not resolve your issue I would suggest a new display. hopefully that is what is causing your problems. Otherwise you are having issues with your video circuitry on the logic board.
