Why is my audio not working?
The audio on my device comes out distorted from the tablet's speakers when I use it.

You may need to make sure the speakers are not dirty or obstructed first. Flip the tablet over so that you are looking at the backside, and clean the speaker slots with a cloth and can of compressed air.
If after cleaning the speakers the audio is still distorted, you may need to replace the speaker system. Check out our Troubleshooting page for more information.
