wi-fi blinking continuously but not showing any wi device to connect

Hello,

I am using Micromax Canvas HD A116.

There is major problem with Wifi. I am listing down the problems for your ready reference.

1) Firstly, I am not able to Switch Off or ON WIfi Signal with the Wifi Connection Symbol provided in Notification Bar. Wifi Signal keeps blinking in notification bar.

2) As wifi signal is ON, if i tried to connect the local wifi devices, my mobile do not shows any wifi devices around me.

3) In Wifi Setting, Mobile do not shows, MAC Address of my Device.

4) I tried solving wifi problem by formatting my mobile but its still persists.

Please help me to sorting out this problem.
