Is the IF188-070-1 battery you sell OEM?

Hi - this battery is double the cost of others I see online, also marked new and under warranty, and most of those come with the tools.

Is this a NEW Apple OEM battery? Or made by a 3rd party? Will it give me the same performance as my original battery did when new?
