Spilled some water on my laptop and it wont turn on

I had my laptop in my bag and my water bottle leaked and a bit of water was spilled on my laptop. I checked straight away if the laptop still works after i dried it and it did but a few hours later i am trying to open it but it wont open. What should i do??
